Total Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. The 45 minutes class involves warming the upper and lower body, working through a series of toning dance moves. reconnect to the inner ballerina to develop a lean, strong, toned body.
Don't worry if you have not put on your dance shoes and pirouetted for some time, the classes are built up through specific movement segments, at the barre, or on the mat. Small hand weights , swiss balls and pilates bands can make an appearance in this easy to follow class. No knowledge of ballet or pilates required. |
